Description: We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Painters to join the SA Coating technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality residential and commercial painting projects, ensuring smooth finishes and long-lasting protection. You will work with premium materials from Asian Paints, Dr. Fixit, and Fosroc.

Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation: Meticulously scrape, sand, and clean surfaces. Identify and fill cracks or damp spots before application.

Application: Apply primers, sealers, and finish coats using brushes, rollers, or advanced airless spray machines.

Waterproofing: Apply waterproofing membranes and chemicals to terraces and external walls according to technical specifications.

Site Safety: Setup scaffolding and ladders safely. Ensure furniture and floors are completely masked and protected before starting work.

Color Mixing: Accurately mix paints and solvents to achieve the desired shade and consistency.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior/exterior painting.

Hands-on experience with waterproofing chemicals (Dr. Fixit/Asian Paints SmartCare) is highly preferred.

Ability to work at heights using safety harnesses.

Professional behavior and punctuality at client sites.

Basic knowledge of measurements (Sq. ft calculation) is a plus.
